The Centre for Social Studies, Warsaw, is keen to help students of the European Humanities University and is inviting on-line applications for their 1 year MA Programme and PhD Programmes from EHU graduates and students about to enter their 5th year.

This is an excellent graduate programme in the social sciences twinned with Lancaster University in the UK. This means that on completing the course students get a qualification both from the Polish Academy of Sciences and from Lancaster University. Teaching is done in English and the Centre has already had positive experience with EHU students.
The Centre is only allowed to take graduates, but in these extraodrinary circumstances Centre Director John Fells, encourages 5th year students to apply to in the hope that a way round this difficulty can be found. The same is true for financial problems: help both for covering tuition fees and living expenses might well be available, but this can only be looked for, once people have made applications.
